Breakpoint may collect account information such as your email address, authentication details, account identifiers, fantasy team selections, league activity, trades, scoring information, notification preferences, push notification tokens, and limited technical information required to operate and secure the service.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to provide account access, fantasy team and league features, scoring, trades, rankings, notifications, password recovery, security, troubleshooting, and service reliability.
3. Basketball Data
Breakpoint uses third-party basketball data for player information, schedules, box scores, play-by-play, statistics, injuries, and fantasy scoring.
4. Service Providers
Breakpoint uses third-party infrastructure and service providers, including Supabase for backend and authentication services, Expo and platform services for app delivery and notifications, and basketball data providers.
5. Data Retention and Account Deletion
You may delete your Breakpoint account through the app. Personal account information and active private state will be removed or anonymized in accordance with the account deletion process. Certain historical competition records may be retained in anonymized form where necessary to preserve completed competition, scoring, security, or audit integrity.
6. Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect user information, including authenticated access controls, encrypted network connections, restricted backend access, and database security policies.
7. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information.
